The holidays are over Print E-mail
Monday, 19 September 2005
Mount WellingtonWell the holidays are over . We had awsome fun. Emma went to Launceston on the bus and spent a couple of nights with the Groom's before comming back to Hobart on the bus again but this time she bought cousin Lisa with her. Lisa spent a couple of nights with us before being collected by her family. We had an amazing time in the snow on Mount Wellington. It looked like it wouldn't be that good from town, but once we arrived there was heaps of snow with a couple of awsome slides. Emma was in her element shopping in Launceston and Hobart with Dad's money! Brad enjoyed a couple of girl germ free days and spent a bit of Dads money as well. We were a bit shocked to hear that our friend Jordan was biten by a snake in Queensland. The snake survived but Jordan was a bit shaken up! Apparently it was a pet python so it wasn't as bad as it could have been.

Tournament of Minds Print E-mail
Thursday, 01 September 2005
Tournament of MindsWell the guys did really well. The bridge building was a lot of fun, even the very serious and scary looking judges cracked a smile and I'm sure one of them laughed at least once. The impromptu session was done behind closed doors so only those involved will ever know exactly what went on, but I've heard it may have involved an elephant and ballerina shoes! There are a couple of photos to look at, but Dad was a bit slack and didn't really take enough. Unfortunately none of the Blackmans Bay teams won, however they all did very well and made their parents and the school proud.

The Devils win six games in a row Print E-mail
Sunday, 31 July 2005
Devils FCWe were at North Hobart to watch the Devils thrash the Box Hill Hawks on Saturday. Brad impressed everyone by kicking our footy through the She Devils cheer squad as they were leaving the ground. Somehow he managed to split the middle without hitting any of them, but you should have seen them jump!

GameGos hijacked! Print E-mail
Friday, 08 July 2005

Unfortunately one of Brads mates has tried to hijack this web site by posting links to it on an online gaming forum claiming that tasweb.org is his own. This is not the case. Tasweb.org was only ever supposed to be for our family and friends. The GameGos section has been removed, as has the abilty to create a new user.
