There are a few ads on this web page, but only two of them are free. One is the Groometals ad and the other one is this story. I've been a regular at Adams hairdressing for a few years now and I reckon they deserve a free plug. Adam and Kerry do all those little things that most modern hairdressers seem to miss. For a start they are cheap. They only charge me $15 for a clipper cut. They have a cute little dog that sits quietly in the corner and never says a word. The current days newspaper is always beside the waiting seat if needed, but I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. They take the time to do a proper job. No rush jobs here, they only take three or four bookings per hour to ensure they have the time to look after you properly. They use old fashioned switchblades to trim your sideburns and neck. No one else uses these because modern day regulations require the use of a new blade for every customer, but these guys reckon thats the least they can do for their customers. They are friendly and always remember your name. They always give you a head massage with a warm towel that feels great but also removes any loose hair, and then they give you another one to clean your face and hands. They are located in the centre of the Hobart CBD in the ANZ arcade off the bus mall (Shop 14/22 Elizabeth Street Hobart) and their phone number is 03 62242227.
