[EDIT] Poor old Tony had a problem. A pin that held the rigging in the boat almost came out and it couldn't be fixed properly at sea so Tony had to give up and come back. Yep, he's comming back! He was always going to come back anyway (he was sailing around the world!) but we didn't expect him back so soon. I think he is going to stop off in Auckland for a while. I've left the map up because it still seems to be working. If it stops when he hits land then I'll remove it. If you notice it broken please leave a comment for me! Well Tony Bullimore has finally left. I know it's hard to leave Hobart once you arrive, but he really had been here for a looooong time! He certainly doesn't look a lot like Dame Ellen McArthur whose record he is trying to beat. His yacht doesn't look much like hers either (it's missing a hull for a start), but it certainly is big and looked very impressive heading down the Derwent even though it had to be towed because there wasn't any wind. If you would like to know where funny old Tony is then check out the image below. It updates every twelve hours and his position is taken from the tricky satellite gear he has on board.
