Our Grandad runs a scrap metal business in Launceston. It's called Groometals and they are buyers and suppliers of steel, copper, brass, radiators, lead, and aluminum cans. Their old Volvo truck was starting to get a bit long in the tooth so Gerry went out and bought a second hand Mack. He lengthened the chassis, bolted on the Hiab crane and the tray off the Volvo and then had a guy paint it all up. Grandad is pretty proud of his big Mack and Uncle Stuart had to be prised out of it to take the photos that have been uploaded to the "Others" photo gallery. Perhaps Brad can have a drive the next time we are in Launceston?
