This is fairly unusual. A local family were a bit amazed to see their cat wander in with a live copper head snake wrapped twice around it's neck and then knotted under it's chin. They had to call the animal rescue people who managed to untie the snake and remove it from poor Jelly's neck. Jelly then fell very ill as she had obviously been bitten so she was rushed to the vet where they pumped her full of $1000 worth of ani venom and now she is fine.
